Two Saint Andrew's Latin students seized the highest honors in SCRIBO, a Latin composition contest sponsored by the American Classical League.
Sean Silverman '25 earned a perfect score on his composition and was designated "Maxima Cum Laude." Xingyu Ji (Jimmy Ji) '25 earned a near-perfect score on his composition and was designated "Magna Cum Laude."
Sean and Jimmy will receive a ribbon and a certificate as recognition for their scores. Their scored compositions will also be featured in ACL's "Excellence Through Classics" PRIMA publication next year.
